1. Should I sign up?
Answer yes if you are in career transition, and your experience of this goes deeper than simply being out of work - perhaps you are unemployed or underemployed, unhappily or anxiously employed – and seeking a career change that will lead to more meaningful work. If you are growing tired of doing the same things only to keep getting the same results, yet don’t know how to articulate your yearnings and are overwhelmed by the prospect of change, your Work Purpose may be calling you.

2. What will I learn?
Using the Implicit Career Search® (ICS) model, you will become self-aware at the deepest level (“Essence”), as the foundation to understanding how you want to uniquely contribute to the world through work (“Work Purpose”); plus you will create a career development plan where you consciously map out, in stages, how you can get paid for it. The journey of self-awareness is a humbling and emotional experience, not for the timid. What we are most afraid to bring into consciousness and share with others – our fears around our own significance, competence, and openness, are the very things that when we risk unlocking, bring us closer to one another. It is only through this level of self-understanding, risk-taking, and sharing, that we can connect with our Essence, show up in life in the most authentic way, and create love in the world through a relentless pursuit of our Work Purpose.

3. How will I learn?
You will learn in the format most comfortable to you: in an open, supportive atmosphere with others in your same situation (workshop); through private one-on-one sessions, customized and collaborative (coaching); or by participating in the best of both worlds (workshop followed by one-on-one coaching).

4. How will this be useful to me?
Once you discover your Work Purpose, you will become energized by the career planning process, instead of feeling stuck and/or drained. Your choices around work will become more conscious than ever, with a clear focus and intentionality. You will understand the power and joy of aligning work with who you are at your core. Every career decision will bring you closer to realizing your potential.
